Which California cities do you cover?
We staff events in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, Sacramento, Fresno, Long Beach, Napa, Redding and the towns around them. If your event is somewhere else in the state, ask; we build teams from the nearest local roster.
Can one booking cover events in Northern and Southern California?
Yes. We can run a multi-city tour or a set of same-weekend activations from San Diego to Sacramento under one booking and one point of contact. Each stop is staffed locally, so you avoid paying to move a single crew up and down the state.
When is peak event season in California?
There is no true off-season. Trade shows fill Anaheim, Los Angeles and San Francisco through winter and spring, April brings Coachella, July brings Comic-Con in San Diego, and fall is busy with fairs and festivals. Book early for those big weeks in each city.
Do you staff tech conferences in the Bay Area?
Yes. We provide booth staff, lead-capture teams, registration hosts and on-camera presenters for conferences at Moscone Center in San Francisco, the San Jose McEnery Convention Center and the Santa Clara Convention Center, with each person briefed on your product.
Are your California event staff certified to serve alcohol?
Yes. Rockstarr Media holds alcohol licensing in every state we work, including California, and our models are certified and trained to serve alcohol. Staff at alcohol events are 21 or older.
