Winter is trade show season
The NAMM Show fills the Anaheim Convention Center in late January, and Natural Products Expo West follows in early March, with 2027 dates of January 26–30 and March 2–5. Exhibitors book staff and hotel rooms months out for both, so confirm your team as soon as your booth is secured.
Sampling at Expo West
With more than 3,200 exhibitors, Expo West is built around tasting and trying products. If your booth samples food or supplements, give us an ingredient and allergen sheet, confirm the show's sampling rules with the organizer, and we will brief staff to answer label questions accurately and keep the line moving.
A summer fair in Costa Mesa
The OC Fair runs for several weeks each July and August at the OC Fair & Event Center, and the same grounds host Pacific Amphitheatre concerts. Booths there face long days and heavy weekend crowds, so we schedule rotating shifts and plan for afternoon heat on the outdoor midways.
Coastal events peak late in the year
Huntington Beach's tourism office notes that summer and early fall bring its major surf contests, festivals and the Pacific Airshow, and it advises booking hotels three to six months ahead. Our local staff need no hotel rooms, which helps when coastal inventory is tight during those weekends.
