Christmas in the Park fills Plaza de Cesar Chavez from the day after Thanksgiving through January 1, with free admission and nightly entertainment. Foot traffic around the plaza and the convention center rises sharply, which helps seasonal pop-ups and sampling but means load-in and parking for December events need extra time.
