San Francisco details we plan for
Moscone has no parking
Moscone Center has no on-site parking. BART and Muni Metro's Montgomery station serves Moscone North and South, Powell station serves Moscone West at Fourth and Howard, and Caltrain stops at Fourth and Townsend. Because the three buildings sit on different blocks, we give staff a building-specific entrance and check-in point and schedule them on transit.
Food and drink go through Legends Global
Legends Global is Moscone's exclusive food and beverage provider. Exhibitors may not bring food, beverages or alcohol into or out of the building without written approval, and exception requests are due at least four weeks before the event. If your plan includes sampling or a booth happy hour, start that request before you finalize staffing.
Read the exhibitor guidelines early
Moscone publishes an Exhibitor Green Guide and separate union jurisdiction guidelines alongside its booth and code-of-conduct rules. Review them before planning giveaways or a self-built booth. Our staff work the front of the booth, greeting, demonstrating and qualifying leads, and we fold any venue rules that affect their work into the pre-show briefing.
Dress for the location
Conditions on the waterfront, at Fort Mason or in Golden Gate Park can change over a long outdoor day. For outdoor activations we plan uniforms in layers that still match your brand look, and we recommend budgeting for branded jackets when an event runs into the evening. Indoor Moscone shows need only the standard booth wardrobe.

Yes. We provide trade show models, lead-capture staff, product demonstrators and on-camera hosts for Moscone North, South and West. We schedule staff on BART, Muni or Caltrain because the center has no on-site parking, and we brief them on the specific building and entrance for your show.
Do you staff events during Dreamforce week?
We can provide hosts, greeters and brand ambassadors for booths, hospitality suites, receptions and off-site events during the week. Demand for staff across the city peaks then, so send your dates and headcount as soon as your plans are set and we will hold a quote.
