YOU
FOUND
IT.

The room people spend years trying to walk into. The desk that doesn't take meetings unless its scouts asked you to be in it. The development board behind the names on the covers you've already seen this year.

We do not publish the board. We do not advertise. If you're reading this, you've already been pointed toward the door.

The Mythology

The board is the work.

Rockstarr Media's development board is what the industry calls a closed agency. It does not run open castings, does not maintain a public roster, and does not accept walk-in portfolios. Every name on it was pointed toward the door by a scout — at a show, at a dinner, on a livestream, in a room the person didn't know was being watched.

We build careers in quiet. We do not announce signings. We do not seed casting buzz. We do not photograph the board for the website. The careers happen — covers, campaigns, the season's walks — and the names attach to the work, not to us. That is the deal we offer the people we sign, and it is the entire reason this works.

We are not the loudest agency. We are the one your friend will tell you about, six months from now, when she gets the call she didn't know she was waiting for.

What this page is missing

Their faces.

We don't show the board. That's the entire deal. The work goes out under the names of the people doing it — not under ours.

The Promise

What being signed means.

01

Real placements

Editorial covers, global campaigns, walk-of-the-season runways. The development board does not place anyone in test work it would not stand behind on a magazine page.

02

One conversation

The first meeting is a video call. Not a cattle call, not a casting room, not a queue. The board reviews privately and reaches out directly.

03

No fees, ever

Rockstarr Media never charges talent. No portfolio fees, no comp card fees, no booker commissions outside industry standard, no upsells. If anyone tells you otherwise, it isn't us.

04

Discretion as policy

We do not publish the board. Selected candidates do not appear on this site, on socials, or on any public-facing list until they choose to. That is the entire point of how this works.

The Path

Three pages. Real read.

01

Submit

Three pages. Real read. The board does not review surface-level intake — the application is the conversation.

02

Board review

Read by the principal personally inside fourteen days. Yes, no, or a written read either way.

03

First meeting

If the board moves forward, a private video call. From there, test work and the first introductions.

The Door

Walk through it.

Three pages. Fourteen-day read. No fees, no auto-responder, no callback grind. The board reviews every submission personally — yes, no, or a written read either way.
