1 · Acceptance

By using this site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2 · Eligibility

Submission of an application to the Development Board program, participation in any Rockstarr Media giveaway or contest, and entry into any private intake program requires being eighteen years of age or older. Government-issued identification is required at any in-person meeting.

3 · Submissions

Any content you submit through a Rockstarr Media form (application, contact, press, careers, contest entry, VIP newsletter) is submitted voluntarily. You represent that the content is yours to submit, is truthful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You grant Rockstarr Media a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, store, and respond to your submission. Editorial publication of any submission requires your separate written consent.

4 · Contests and giveaways

No purchase is necessary to enter any Rockstarr Media contest or giveaway. Entry is free. Selection methods are described in the announcement of each contest. Prizes are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and are subject to availability. Rockstarr Media reserves the right to verify eligibility, modify, or cancel any contest in its sole discretion. Void where prohibited by law.

5 · No agency fees

Rockstarr Media does not charge talent, applicants, or candidates any fee at any stage of intake, review, or consideration. Anyone claiming to represent Rockstarr Media and requesting payment for application or representation is not authorized by us. Report it through the contact form.

6 · Intellectual property

All editorial content, brand marks, design system, and code on this site are the property of Rockstarr Media or used under license. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use the Rockstarr Media name and marks without prior written permission.

Third-party images (including those sourced from public broadcast streams and press releases) remain the property of their respective rights holders and are used for editorial coverage.

7 · Disclaimer

This site is provided “as is.” Rockstarr Media makes no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that submission of an application guarantees any outcome. Review of any application is at the sole discretion of the Development Board.

8 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rockstarr Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

9 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
