Kool April Nites stretches over about ten days, with April 16–25 set for 2027, mixing evening cruise nights, swap meets and a main show day. For sponsor displays or product sampling across the week, plan rotating teams so you have fresh staff for the evening cruises as well as the daytime crowds.
Rodeo week brings families
The Redding Rodeo runs over several days in mid-May, with May 12–15 set for 2027, and includes family events such as Mutton Bustin' and Special Kids Day. That mix of ranch culture and family crowds suits sampling, giveaways and sponsor booths staffed by people comfortable with an outdoor western event.
Sunshine means heat
Redding markets itself as California's sunniest city, and summer days run hot. Spring and fall are the most comfortable seasons for outdoor activations. If you need staff in July or August, plan for shade and water, schedule shorter outdoor shifts and favor early-morning or evening hours.
