Event Staffing in ArizonaPromo models, brand ambassadors & trade show staff
Local event staff across Arizona
Arizona's event economy peaks in winter, when visitors come for the sun. The Phoenix Convention Center anchors downtown Phoenix, and the Cactus League brings 15 MLB teams to 10 ballparks across the Valley each February and March, drawing more than 1.7 million fans. Scottsdale adds Barrett-Jackson and the WM Phoenix Open, and Tucson's Gem, Mineral & Fossil Shows spread across the city for weeks. When summer heat sets in, festival season moves north to Flagstaff at 7,000 feet, while Lake Havasu City and Sierra Vista round out a calendar built on golf, cars, sports and the outdoors.
Rockstarr Media has staffed events since 2001, more than 5,000 of them in 100+ US cities. In Arizona we keep local staff in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tucson and in the towns around them, from Flagstaff to Sierra Vista, so we rarely fly anyone in. Hundreds of staff are available when a program grows, we work with 25+ global brands, and our media team can add photo and video coverage.
Local staff in every city we work
Many staffing agencies are based in one city and fly talent to the rest. Rockstarr Media already has staff in place in every major US city and the towns just outside them, so your team is local wherever your event is. It is rare that we need to fly anyone in.

Event staffing in Arizona: questions
Which Arizona cities do you cover?
We staff events across the Phoenix metro, including Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa and Glendale, plus Tucson, Flagstaff, Sedona, Lake Havasu City, Sierra Vista and the surrounding towns. Staff are local to each area, so most programs never need anyone flown in.
When is Arizona's peak event season?
January through March is the busiest stretch, with Barrett-Jackson, the WM Phoenix Open, the Tucson gem shows and Cactus League spring training close together. Fall picks up again from October. In summer, outdoor events shift to early and late hours, resorts and indoor venues, or to higher country around Flagstaff.
How do you handle outdoor events in Arizona's summer heat?
We schedule outdoor shifts early or late in the day when possible, shorten shifts in peak heat and plan shade, water and breaks for every staff member. From midsummer into September we also plan for monsoon storms, with a covered fallback for product and electronics.
Can one team cover events in both Phoenix and Tucson?
Yes. We run multi-city programs with local staff in each market and a consistent brief, so a campaign can move from a Phoenix Convention Center show to a Tucson activation without flying anyone in. If you want the same lead at both, we can arrange that too.
Are your Arizona event staff certified to serve alcohol?
Yes. Rockstarr Media holds alcohol licensing in every state we work, including Arizona, and our models are certified and trained to serve alcohol. Staff at alcohol events are 21 or older.
