Hire promo models who know Lake Havasu City
Lake Havasu City was built around a lake and a landmark: the London Bridge, bought from the City of London and reopened here in 1971. Its event calendar follows the weather. The Havasu Balloon Festival & Fair fills the sky each January, Winterfest puts more than 200 vendors on Main Street in February, and the SBT IJSBA World Finals bring personal watercraft racing to Red Rock Waterside every October. London Bridge Days follows later that month with a parade on McCulloch Boulevard. In between, the Bridgewater Channel and Lake Havasu State Park draw boating crowds.
Rockstarr Media has staffed events since 2001, more than 5,000 of them across 100+ cities. For western Arizona we draw on staff who live in Lake Havasu City and the towns around it along the Colorado River, so it is rare that we fly anyone in. Brands get ambassadors comfortable working a beach festival or a busy race weekend, and our media team can capture photo and video of the activation. Every booking is quoted to the event.

Lake Havasu City details we plan for
Summer heat is extreme
Arizona's hottest recorded temperature, 128°F, was logged in Lake Havasu City in 1994. For events from late spring through September, we schedule early-morning and evening shifts, keep outdoor shifts shorter, and plan shade and plenty of water. The city's biggest festivals sit in the cooler months for good reason.
Cooler months are the busy season
The IJSBA World Finals and London Bridge Days in October, the Balloon Festival in January and Winterfest in February make fall and winter the peak for events. Several of these land close together, so confirm staff early and share your dates as soon as they are set.
Balloon launches move with the wind
Havasu Balloon Festival ascensions happen at more than one location depending on wind, with morning launches and evening programming. If your brand is activating at the festival, plan for early call times and a team ready to shift position when launch sites change on the day.
Waterfront sites need beach-ready setups
Red Rock Waterside on Beachcomber Boulevard hosts the World Finals, and London Bridge Beach and Rotary Community Park are city-run waterfront spaces. Sand, wind and sun affect setup, so tell us your footprint and we will plan staff attire and equipment suited to a beach site.

Promotional models in Lake Havasu City: questions
Can you staff a booth at the IJSBA World Finals?
Yes. We provide booth staff, product demonstrators and brand ambassadors for exhibitors and sponsors at the SBT IJSBA World Finals at Red Rock Waterside. The event runs over more than a week in October, so tell us which days you need and we will build a schedule that keeps the same faces at your booth.
Do you cover Parker, Bullhead City and Kingman?
Yes. Our western Arizona staff work events in Lake Havasu City and the surrounding Colorado River towns, including Parker, Bullhead City and Kingman, as well as nearby Laughlin. We build drive times into call times for events outside town.
Can you staff boat shows and marine product demos?
Yes. Lake Havasu City's calendar includes boat and RV expos alongside its races, and we staff them with people comfortable explaining products to boaters. Send us your key features and specs, and we will brief staff before the show opens.
How early should we book for Balloon Festival weekend?
As early as possible. The festival runs four days in January with launches at dawn, so staff need early call times and sometimes a second shift for evening events. Booking several weeks ahead lets us plan coverage across all the days you need.
Are your Lake Havasu City promotional models certified to serve alcohol?
Yes. Rockstarr Media holds alcohol licensing in every state we work, and our models are certified and trained to serve alcohol, so beverage sampling and bar promotions in Lake Havasu City are covered. Staff at alcohol events are 21 or older.
How experienced is Rockstarr Media at event staffing?
Rockstarr Media has been staffing events since 2001: more than 5,000 events in 100+ cities across the US, with hundreds of staff available and local teams in Lake Havasu City and the towns around it.
