WestWorld is a large, spread-out campus
WestWorld of Scottsdale, at 16601 N. Pima Road, is an equestrian and special-events facility that hosts both Barrett-Jackson and the Arabian Horse Show. Your space may be a long walk from staff parking, so share building and lot details and we will set call times that cover check-in and the walk in.
Tournament week fills every calendar
The WM Phoenix Open runs a full week at TPC Scottsdale (February 8–14 in 2027) and is known for some of the largest crowds in golf. Corporate hospitality, off-course parties and retail promotions all compete for staff that week, so confirm your team as early as you can, especially for weekend shifts.
Two spring training ballparks, two rulebooks
Scottsdale Stadium at 7408 E. Osborn Road is the Giants' spring home; Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, at 7555 N. Pima Road on Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community land, hosts the Diamondbacks and Rockies. Each sets its own promotion and vendor rules, so we work from the guidelines your organizer or the venue provides.
Old Town and the Waterfront work on foot
