Event Staffing in NevadaPromo models, brand ambassadors & trade show staff
Local event staff across Nevada
Nevada runs two distinct event markets. In the south, the Las Vegas Convention Center covers 4.6 million square feet and opens each year with CES in January; in 2024 Las Vegas welcomed 38.5 million visitors, 6.0 million of them convention attendees. Several hundred miles north, Reno and Sparks pair the 600,000-square-foot Reno-Sparks Convention Center with a summer of the Reno Rodeo, Hot August Nights, the Nugget Rib Cook Off and the Great Reno Balloon Race. Carson City and Lake Tahoe add government, resort and outdoor events within an hour of Reno.
Rockstarr Media has staffed events since 2001, with more than 5,000 completed in 100+ US cities. In Nevada we keep local staff in Las Vegas, Henderson, Reno and Sparks and the towns around them, so it is rare that we fly anyone in. We can field large teams for convention weeks, draw on hundreds of staff nationally, and add photo and video through our media team.

Event staffing in Nevada: questions
Do you staff events in both Las Vegas and Reno?
Yes. We keep separate local teams in southern and northern Nevada, so Las Vegas trade shows and Reno events are each staffed by people who live nearby. A multi-city program can run in both markets with the same brief and reporting.
Can you staff CES and other Las Vegas trade shows?
Yes. We provide booth models, product specialists, registration staff and hosts for exhibitors at large Las Vegas shows, including CES in January. Big show weeks fill local calendars, so we recommend confirming staff well ahead and sharing your floor plan and product details early.
When is Nevada's busiest event season?
Las Vegas is busy almost year-round, with major trade shows from January onward. Northern Nevada peaks from June through September, when the Reno Rodeo, Hot August Nights, the Nugget Rib Cook Off and the Great Reno Balloon Race arrive close together, while conventions continue in Reno and Sparks.
Do you cover Lake Tahoe and Carson City?
Yes. Our northern Nevada staff work events in Carson City and around Lake Tahoe, including Incline Village and South Lake Tahoe. For mountain venues we plan call times around drive time and weather, especially in winter.
Are your Nevada event staff certified to serve alcohol?
Yes. Rockstarr Media holds alcohol licensing in every state we work, including Nevada, and our models are certified and trained to serve alcohol. Staff at alcohol events are 21 or older.
