Hire promo models who know Las Vegas
Few cities host trade shows at the scale Las Vegas does. The Las Vegas Convention Center alone has 2.9 million square feet of exhibit space across its West, North and South Halls, now tied together by a renovated Central Hall and the underground Vegas Loop. CES opens the year in January, NAB Show follows in April and SEMA's trade-only automotive show arrives in November, while the Venetian Convention & Expo Center and Caesars Forum keep their own calendars full. Off the show floor, Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena, Sphere and EDC at Las Vegas Motor Speedway give brands room to go bigger.
Rockstarr Media has staffed more than 5,000 events since 2001, in over 100 US cities. In Las Vegas we hire from the local talent pool in Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas and the neighborhoods off the Strip, so we rarely fly anyone in, even when shows run back to back. Our models are trained to serve alcohol for hospitality suites and bar promotions, and Rockstarr's media arm can capture booth traffic, demos and parties on photo and video. Every booking is quoted to its scope.

Las Vegas details we plan for
A 200-acre campus
The LVCC sits on a 200-acre campus, and walking between halls takes real time. The Vegas Loop carries more than 4,400 attendees an hour between five on-campus stations at no charge, and the Las Vegas Monorail has a station at the center. We assign staff to a specific hall and check-in point and build travel time into breaks.
Food and drink at the LVCC
Sodexo exclusively manages food and beverage service at the Las Vegas Convention Center, from its restaurants to its concession stands. If your booth plan includes sampling, a coffee bar or an evening reception, clear it with Sodexo and show management early. Our staff then serve within whatever terms the venue approves.
Trade-only days change the job
Several major shows limit attendance to the trade. The SEMA Show, for example, admits industry buyers for most of its run and opens to the public only on its final day. That changes the work mid-show, from qualifying buyers and booking meetings to handling crowds and giveaways, so we brief staff for each phase.
Busy weeks book early
The LVCVA counted 6.0 million convention attendees in 2024, and big shows often overlap with concerts, fights and weekends like the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix. Experienced booth staff get booked early around those weeks, so send dates as soon as your space is confirmed. For outdoor summer activations, plan shade, water and shorter shifts.

Promotional models in Las Vegas: questions
Can you staff a CES booth in Las Vegas?
Yes. We provide trade show models, product demonstrators, lead-capture staff and on-camera hosts for CES exhibits, whether your booth is at the LVCC or another show venue. Send floor location, hours and talking points early, since CES week is one of the busiest of the year for event staff.
Do you have car show models for SEMA?
Yes. We staff car show models and spokesmodels for automotive exhibits, and we brief them on your products and on the show's trade-only format, which shifts the job from buyer conversations early in the week to public crowds on the final day.
Do you fly models into Las Vegas for shows?
Rarely. Rockstarr Media keeps local staff in every major US city and the towns around it, and Las Vegas has a deep pool of experienced convention talent. Booking locally keeps travel and lodging off your quote and means staff already know the halls, the Loop and the back-of-house routes.
Can you staff hospitality suites and bar promotions?
Yes. Our models are trained to serve alcohol and work hospitality suites, receptions and bar promotions. Nevada and Clark County set their own alcohol-service requirements, and venues such as the LVCC control their own food and beverage, so we confirm what your venue and license require before staffing any pour.
How quickly can you staff a Las Vegas trade show?
It depends on the week. Outside the major shows we can often staff on short notice, but during CES, NAB Show or SEMA demand is high, so book as soon as your booth is confirmed. Every booking is quoted, and we can adjust headcount as your plans develop.
Are your Las Vegas promotional models certified to serve alcohol?
Yes. Rockstarr Media holds alcohol licensing in every state we work, and our models are certified and trained to serve alcohol, so beverage sampling and bar promotions in Las Vegas are covered. Staff at alcohol events are 21 or older.
How experienced is Rockstarr Media at event staffing?
Rockstarr Media has been staffing events since 2001: more than 5,000 events in 100+ cities across the US, with hundreds of staff available and local teams in Las Vegas and the towns around it.
