Event Staffing in TennesseePromo models, brand ambassadors & trade show staff
Local event staff across Tennessee
Tennessee's event economy runs on music and a string of convention-ready cities. Nashville's Music City Center offers more than 450,000 square feet of event space downtown, Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center gives planners a resort option, and CMA Fest fills the city each June (June 10–13, 2027). Memphis anchors the west with the Renasant Convention Center, FedExForum and Beale Street. In the east, Knoxville, the Chattanooga Convention Center and the Smoky Mountain towns of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, home of Dollywood, round out a state that calls itself the home of seven genres of music.
Our Tennessee rosters are local to each region: Middle Tennessee staff for Nashville, a West Tennessee team for Memphis and its Mississippi and Arkansas suburbs, and East Tennessee staff for Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Smokies. Since 2001, Rockstarr Media has staffed more than 5,000 events in over 100 cities, and our network keeps hundreds of staff within reach. Photo and video coverage is available from our media team. All bookings are quoted.

Event staffing in Tennessee: questions
Which Tennessee cities do you staff?
We staff Nashville and Middle Tennessee, Memphis and its suburbs in Mississippi and Arkansas, Knoxville, Chattanooga, the Smokies towns of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and the Tri-Cities. Each region is covered by people who live there, so travel costs rarely enter the quote.
When is Tennessee's busiest event season?
Spring and early summer are packed: Memphis hosts its world championship barbecue contest in May, and Nashville's CMA Fest takes over in June. Fall stays busy with college football, the Southern Heritage Classic in Memphis in September and outdoor festivals in October. Book those windows early.
Do you send Nashville staff to Memphis events?
Usually not. Memphis and Nashville sit at opposite ends of a long I-40 drive, so we staff each city with its own local team. For multi-city tours we keep one account lead, one briefing and one uniform standard across Tennessee, with local people on the ground at every stop.
Can you staff trade shows at Music City Center or Gaylord Opryland?
Yes. We provide booth staff, product demonstrators, registration hosts and lead-capture teams for shows at Music City Center downtown and at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. Send the show, booth size and hours, and we will recommend headcount and quote the team.
Are your Tennessee event staff certified to serve alcohol?
Yes. Rockstarr Media holds alcohol licensing in every state we work, including Tennessee, and our models are certified and trained to serve alcohol. Staff at alcohol events are 21 or older.
