Ohio

Local event staff across Ohio

Ohio has three large metros, each with its own calendar. Columbus, the capital, hosts shows at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, Ohio State football at Ohio Stadium and the Ohio State Fair each summer. Cincinnati reopened its convention center in January 2026 as the First Financial Convention Center and hosts Oktoberfest Zinzinnati and the Cincinnati Open. Cleveland has the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Playhouse Square and the newly renamed Rocket Arena. Smaller cities add their own signature events, including Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement in Canton each August.

We staff all three Ohio metros with local teams and also cover Dayton, Toledo, Akron and Canton, so an event at either end of the state goes to people who live close by. Rockstarr Media has staffed events since 2001, more than 5,000 events in over 100 U.S. cities, and we rarely fly anyone in. Our media team can add photo and video coverage.

FAQ

Event staffing in Ohio: questions

Which Ohio cities do you cover?

We cover Columbus, Cincinnati and Cleveland with local teams, plus Dayton, Toledo, Akron, Canton and the suburbs around each metro. For events in smaller Ohio towns, tell us the location and we will confirm our nearest staff.

When is Ohio's busiest event season?

Summer and fall. July brings Red, White & BOOM! and the opening of the Ohio State Fair in Columbus, August has the Cincinnati Open and Hall of Fame Enshrinement in Canton, and September is Oktoberfest Zinzinnati. College football fills fall Saturdays statewide.

Can you staff a tour across several Ohio cities?

Yes. Ohio's metros are close together, so multi-city tours are common. We staff each stop with local people and run the whole tour as one booking, which keeps travel costs down and gives every stop a team that knows the venue.

Do you staff college game days in Ohio?

We do. From Ohio State in Columbus to other campuses around the state, we provide brand ambassadors and sampling teams for game-day crowds. Each school has its own rules for promotions, so we plan the activation with you and the venue.

Are your Ohio event staff certified to serve alcohol?

Yes. Rockstarr Media holds alcohol licensing in every state we work, including Ohio, and our models are certified and trained to serve alcohol. Staff at alcohol events are 21 or older.
