The former Duke Energy Convention Center reopened in January 2026 as the First Financial Convention Center, part of an $800 million project that also includes a two-acre Elm Street Convention Plaza and a 700-room Marriott headquarters hotel connected by skywalk. On the riverfront, Paycor Stadium, Great American Ball Park and Heritage Bank Center sit close together, and TQL Stadium brings FC Cincinnati crowds to the West End. Oktoberfest Zinzinnati fills Sawyer Point and Yeatman's Cove each September, and the Cincinnati Open brings two weeks of pro tennis to Mason in August.

The convention center has a new name
The Duke Energy Convention Center is now the First Financial Convention Center, reopened in January 2026 after a full modernization. Update your show materials and attendee directions. A 700-room Marriott headquarters hotel connected by skywalk is under construction, and about 3,000 hotel rooms sit within three blocks.
Oktoberfest has moved to the riverfront
Oktoberfest Zinzinnati now takes place at Sawyer Point and Yeatman's Cove on the Ohio River instead of downtown streets. The festival reported 808,300 attendees last year. The riverfront park layout changes where crowds bunch up, so plan staff positions around entrances and stages.
The Cincinnati Open is in Mason
The Cincinnati Open is played at the Lindner Family Tennis Center in Mason, north of the city along I-71, over 16 days in August. For sponsor activations there, book staff who live in the northern suburbs rather than downtown so they can get to the site quickly.
Northern Kentucky is part of the market
Covington and Newport are just across the bridges from downtown, and BLINK and other regional events cross the river too. Our roster includes staff who live on the Kentucky side, so a multi-site activation can run on both banks without extra travel costs.

Yes. The building reopened in January 2026 under the First Financial name after a major modernization. We staff booths, registration and hospitality there, and our local team knows the new layout and the Elm Street Convention Plaza next to it.
Can you staff Bengals, Reds or FC Cincinnati game days?
Yes. We staff sponsor activations, sampling and street teams around Paycor Stadium, Great American Ball Park and TQL Stadium. Tell us the game and what you want to achieve, and we will plan staffing around gates opening and the busiest pregame hours.
Do you cover Northern Kentucky?
