Event Staffing in MissouriPromo models, brand ambassadors & trade show staff
Local event staff across Missouri
Missouri has two major convention cities at opposite ends of I-70. Kansas City's Bartle Hall offers 388,800 square feet of column-free exhibit space downtown, next to the Power & Light District. St. Louis's America's Center combines 574,000 square feet of exhibit halls with The Dome. Both cities have big sports calendars, and Kansas City added FIFA World Cup matches in 2026. In southwest Missouri, Springfield has Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World and Wonders of Wildlife, and Branson draws crowds to live shows and Silver Dollar City. Each August the Missouri State Fair brings the state to Sedalia.
Our Missouri staff live in both metros and in Springfield, Columbia and the Ozarks, so a Branson activation or a Sedalia fair booth doesn't depend on a crew driving four hours. Rockstarr Media has staffed events since 2001, more than 5,000 events in over 100 U.S. cities, with hundreds of staff available. Every booking is quoted, and our media team can film or photograph the event.

Event staffing in Missouri: questions
Do you cover both Kansas City and St. Louis?
Yes. We keep separate local teams in each metro, including the Kansas side of Kansas City and the Illinois side of St. Louis. For campaigns in both cities, we manage the program as one booking and staff each stop locally.
Can you staff events in Branson or Springfield?
Yes. We staff theater-district promotions, retail sampling and conventions in Branson and Springfield using staff from southwest Missouri. Branson's fall festival season and holiday programming are its busiest stretches, so plan ahead.
When is the busiest event season in Missouri?
Fall is the peak. Football, the American Royal in Kansas City, art fairs in both metros and Branson's fall festivals all overlap. August adds the Missouri State Fair in Sedalia. February brings Soulard Mardi Gras to St. Louis.
Can you staff the Missouri State Fair?
Yes. We staff sponsor booths, sampling and promotions at the Missouri State Fair in Sedalia, usually with rotating shifts across the fair's eleven days so your space is always covered by rested staff.
Are your Missouri event staff certified to serve alcohol?
Yes. Rockstarr Media holds alcohol licensing in every state we work, including Missouri, and our models are certified and trained to serve alcohol. Staff at alcohol events are 21 or older.
