Hire promo models who know St. Louis
Downtown St. Louis handles large shows at America's Center, a complex with 574,000 square feet of contiguous exhibit halls, a 28,000-square-foot ballroom and The Dome, which seats 67,000 for big sports and concert events. Nearly 8,000 hotel rooms are within walking distance. Enterprise Center hosts the Blues, and St. Louis CITY SC plays at Energizer Park in Downtown West. Away from downtown, Forest Park, the Fabulous Fox and the Delmar Loop bring in steady crowds, and Clayton hosts the Saint Louis Art Fair each September.
Our St. Louis staff come from the city, the county and the Metro East across the river, so a booth in the Dome or a sampling day in Chesterfield usually goes to someone who lives nearby. Rockstarr Media has staffed events since 2001, with more than 5,000 events across over 100 U.S. cities and more than 25 global brand partners. We can supply staff for a single booth or a team of dozens, and our media team can capture the activation on camera.

St. Louis details we plan for
America's Center is under one roof
America's Center includes the exhibit halls, The Dome, the Ferrara Theatre and 95 meeting rooms in one complex. A recent renovation added a 72,000-square-foot exhibit hall and expanded loading docks. Big shows can use several spaces at once, so map your staff positions to the specific halls and entrances you are using.
Mardi Gras takes over Soulard
Soulard Mardi Gras peaks with the Grand Parade on a Saturday in February, along with the Purina Pet Parade and other neighborhood events. Streets close and crowds are dense. Street teams on foot work far better there than vehicle displays.
Match days in Downtown West
St. Louis CITY SC home matches at Energizer Park bring crowds to Downtown West, a short walk from Union Station. Pre-match foot traffic along the walking routes is a good time for sampling and sign-ups, but staff need to be in place well before kickoff.
Each part of the region draws a different crowd
The region spans Missouri and Illinois, and audiences change from Clayton offices to Soulard row houses to Metro East suburbs. Choose neighborhoods to fit your brand, and tell us your audience so we can match staff who are comfortable in that setting.

Promotional models in St. Louis: questions
Can you staff a convention at America's Center?
Yes. We provide booth staff, product demonstrators, registration help and greeters for shows at America's Center, including events that also use The Dome or the Ferrara Theatre. Our local team knows the complex and the nearby downtown hotels.
Do you cover the Illinois side of the St. Louis metro?
Yes. Our St. Louis roster includes staff in the Metro East, including Belleville and Edwardsville, as well as St. Louis County and St. Charles. Events on either side of the Mississippi can be staffed with local people.
Can you put brand ambassadors at Soulard Mardi Gras?
We can provide street teams and brand ambassadors for promotions during Mardi Gras season. The crowds are dense and the streets close, so we usually suggest compact, mobile teams with easy-to-carry giveaways. Every activation is quoted to its own plan.
Do you staff events in Clayton and West County?
Yes. Clayton's offices and the Saint Louis Art Fair, plus retail and corporate events in Kirkwood and Chesterfield, are regular parts of our St. Louis work. Staff living in the county keeps travel time short and arrivals reliable.
Are your St. Louis promotional models certified to serve alcohol?
Yes. Rockstarr Media holds alcohol licensing in every state we work, and our models are certified and trained to serve alcohol, so beverage sampling and bar promotions in St. Louis are covered. Staff at alcohol events are 21 or older.
How experienced is Rockstarr Media at event staffing?
Rockstarr Media has been staffing events since 2001: more than 5,000 events in 100+ cities across the US, with hundreds of staff available and local teams in St. Louis and the towns around it.
