Kansas City's convention business is based at the Kansas City Convention Center, where Bartle Hall offers 388,800 square feet of column-free exhibit space on one floor and the Kay Barnes Grand Ballroom seats up to 4,000. On fall Sundays the focus moves to GEHA Field at Arrowhead. The metro spans two states

Use the free streetcar
The KC Streetcar is free to ride and connects the River Market, downtown, the Crossroads and Union Station, all close to the convention center. During a multi-day convention, street teams can follow it to reach attendees at dinner spots and hotels without fighting for parking.
The American Royal is moving to Kansas
The American Royal is relocating to a new campus it owns in Kansas City, Kansas, with livestock barns and an exhibition hall totaling about 390,000 square feet. Its fall events have historically been held in the West Bottoms, so check where this year's events will take place.
