When is peak event season in Kentucky?
Late April and early May are the busiest stretch, when Derby week and the Kentucky Derby Festival fill Louisville. Can one team cover events in both Louisville and Lexington?
We can, but we usually assign a separate local crew in each city so nobody starts the day with a long interstate drive. One account lead coordinates both teams, keeps the briefing and uniforms consistent, and handles any last-minute changes on either end of I-64.
