The 7 Day Model Challenge: Your Plan for the Week of October 5
4 MIN READPublished: 10/4/2026Updated: 10/4/2026
Seven days. One small task a day. Nothing here costs money, and none of it takes more than half an hour. Do all seven and by next Sunday you will be miles ahead of where you started. Screenshot this and come back to it every morning.
Monday, October 5: Digitals day. Plain wall, window light, no filters. Headshot, smile, profile and full length. Pick your best four and save them in one album. Everything else this week builds on these.
Your Questions, Answered
What is the 7 Day Model Challenge?
A free plan with one small task a day for a week: digitals, walk, camera practice, posing, socials, applying and a final review.
Do I need any equipment?
No. A phone, a plain wall, a window for light and a hallway to practice your walk are all you need.
Why practice reading out loud to a camera?
Hosts, correspondents and reporters read from a teleprompter. Practicing at home builds the camera confidence casting teams look for.
Can I start the challenge on a different day?
Yes. Start whenever you like and follow the seven tasks in order.
Is applying to Rockstarr Media free?
Yes. Applying is free, you must be 18 or older, and Rockstarr Media never asks talent to pay to be considered.
