Event Staffing in WashingtonPromo models, brand ambassadors & trade show staff
Local event staff across Washington
Washington's event business runs through Seattle, where the Seattle Convention Center operates three downtown buildings: Arch at 705 Pike, Arch at 800 Pike and Summit at 900 Pine. Summer brings Seafair's hydroplane races and Blue Angels performances in August, and each September the Washington State Fair in Puyallup runs for 20 days at what it calls the largest event center in the state. East of the Cascades, Spokane's convention center, arena and stadium share one management team downtown, and Hoopfest, billed as the largest 3-on-3 basketball tournament in the world, takes over city blocks each June.
We staff Washington from local rosters on both sides of the Cascades, with people in Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, Everett and Spokane. Rockstarr Media has worked more than 5,000 events since 2001 across over 100 US cities, and because we hire locally in each market, flying staff in is rare. Our media team can add photo and video to any booking.
Local staff in every city we work
Many staffing agencies are based in one city and fly talent to the rest. Rockstarr Media already has staff in place in every major US city and the towns just outside them, so your team is local wherever your event is. It is rare that we need to fly anyone in.

Event staffing in Washington: questions
Which Washington cities do you cover?
We staff events in Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Tacoma, Everett, Puyallup, Olympia and Spokane, along with the towns around them. For events elsewhere in the state, we build a team from the closest local roster rather than sending a crew across the state.
Can you staff events on both sides of the Cascades?
Yes. We keep separate local teams for the Puget Sound region and for Spokane and the Inland Northwest, so a tour that hits Seattle and Spokane in the same week does not depend on staff driving over the mountain passes between stops.
When is peak event season in Washington?
Summer and early fall. Spokane's Hoopfest arrives in late June, Seafair fills Seattle's August calendar and the Washington State Fair runs through September in Puyallup. Conventions and corporate events in Seattle and Bellevue keep the rest of the year busy.
Do you staff corporate and tech events in Seattle and the Eastside?
Yes. We provide registration hosts, greeters, booth staff and on-camera presenters for conferences, product launches, customer events and campus functions in Seattle, Bellevue and Redmond, with each person briefed on your brand and audience.
Are your Washington event staff certified to serve alcohol?
Yes. Rockstarr Media holds alcohol licensing in every state we work, including Washington, and our models are certified and trained to serve alcohol. Staff at alcohol events are 21 or older.
