South of downtown, the Lumen Field Event Center hosts the Seattle Boat Show each February with T-Mobile Park next door, while Climate Pledge Arena anchors Seattle Center. Seattle details we plan for
Two buildings, two addresses
Arch at 705 Pike and Summit at 900 Pine are separate buildings, and large shows such as PAX West use both. Summit has 248,590 square feet of exhibit space and Arch has 205,700. We tell every staff member which building, hall and entrance to report to, so nobody loses the first half hour walking between them.
Sampling needs a food handler's permit
At the Seattle Convention Center, sampling is limited to companies that make, process or distribute food. Samples must be bite size, beverages no more than three ounces, show management must approve in advance, and a valid Washington State Food Handler's Permit is required. Aramark is the exclusive caterer, and exhibitors may not sell food or drink.
Light rail does the heavy lifting
Link light rail's Westlake and Capitol Hill stations are the closest to the campus, and trains reach SEA Airport in about 40 minutes. The Arch garage holds about 1,490 cars off Interstate 5 and Summit's garage several hundred more. On show days we route staff by transit so call times hold when the garages fill.
Have a weather plan
Seattle's biggest outdoor events cluster in summer, including the Seafair Weekend Festival on Lake Washington around the turn of July into August. Outside that window, plan covered setups and weather-ready uniforms for street teams and sampling tents. Share your rain plan up front and staff will arrive dressed for it, without losing the brand look.

Can you staff PAX West or Emerald City Comic Con booths?
Yes. We provide booth hosts, demo staff, line managers and on-camera hosts for fan and gaming conventions at the Seattle Convention Center. Because these shows can use both Arch and Summit, we confirm your building and hall before the event and brief staff on the exhibitor rules for that show.
What do I need to sample food at the Seattle Convention Center?
Under the center's guidelines, your company must make, process or distribute the food, samples must be bite size, drinks capped at three ounces, and show management must approve in advance. Whoever hands out samples needs a valid Washington State Food Handler's Permit, and booth porter service for cleaning is mandatory.
Do you cover Bellevue, Redmond and the Eastside?

How far in advance should I book Seattle event staff?
