Local event staff across North Carolina

North Carolina's event calendar has three centers. In Charlotte, the convention center sits in Uptown steps from hotels and nightlife, and nearby Concord's Charlotte Motor Speedway hosts the Coca-Cola 600 each May. Raleigh's downtown convention center, now the Atlantic Union Bank Convention Center, offers 500,000 square feet with a 298,100-square-foot expansion planned, alongside the Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts and Red Hat Amphitheater. In the Triad, High Point Market, the world's largest home furnishings trade show, fills more than 11.5 million square feet of showrooms each April and October.

We staff North Carolina from local teams in Charlotte, the Triangle and the Triad, with reach to Wilmington and Asheville. Rockstarr Media has worked more than 5,000 events since 2001 in over 100 US cities, and we hire locally in each market and its surrounding towns, so flying staff in is rare. Photo and video coverage from our media team can be added to any booking.

FAQ

Event staffing in North Carolina: questions

Which North Carolina cities do you cover?

We staff events in Charlotte, Concord, Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Wilmington and Asheville, along with the towns around them. For other locations, we build a team from the nearest local roster.

Can you staff showrooms during High Point Market?

Yes. High Point Market is a trade-only event held each April and October, and showrooms need hosts, greeters and registration staff who can welcome buyers and designers and capture their details. We brief staff on your collections and the buyers you want to reach.

Do you staff race weekend activations at Charlotte Motor Speedway?

Yes. We staff sponsor displays, product sampling, hospitality greeters and spokesmodels for brands taking part in race weekends in Concord, including Coca-Cola 600 weekend in May, working within the organizer's rules for sponsors and vendors.

When is peak event season in North Carolina?

Spring and fall are busiest. High Point Market runs in April and October, race weekend arrives in late May, and fall adds college football and festival weekends. Conventions in Charlotte and Raleigh keep the calendar full in between.

Are your North Carolina event staff certified to serve alcohol?

Yes. Rockstarr Media holds alcohol licensing in every state we work, including North Carolina, and our models are certified and trained to serve alcohol. Staff at alcohol events are 21 or older.
