Do you staff events outside New York City?
Yes. Beyond the five boroughs and Long Island, we staff the Hudson Valley, Albany and Saratoga Springs, Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo and Niagara Falls. Upstate events get upstate staff, so you are not paying to send a Manhattan team up the Thruway.
Can you staff trade shows at the Javits Center?
Yes. We provide trade show models, product demonstrators, registration staff and lead-capture teams for shows at the Javits Center and other Manhattan venues. Send your booth number, show hours and goals, and we will quote a team and brief them on your product before opening day.
When is upstate New York's busiest event season?
Summer and early fall. Saratoga's racing season starts in July, the Great New York State Fair in Syracuse runs from late August into early September, and fall brings festivals and football across the region. Book staff for those weeks early, since local demand is high.
Can you staff a multi-city tour across New York State?
