Event Staffing in MassachusettsPromo models, brand ambassadors & trade show staff
Local event staff across Massachusetts
Massachusetts runs much of its convention business through two Boston halls managed by the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority. The Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center offers 516,000 square feet of contiguous exhibit space and a 40,000-square-foot ballroom; the Hynes in Back Bay adds 176,480 square feet and connects to more than 3,100 hotel rooms. The Boston Marathon, run by the B.A.A. since 1897, owns April, and the Head of the Charles Regatta fills the riverbanks of Boston and Cambridge each October. Out west, The Big E, the Eastern States Exposition, draws fairgoers to West Springfield.
Our Massachusetts staff live across Greater Boston, the North and South Shores, Worcester County and the Pioneer Valley, so a Boston trade show and a Springfield-area fair each get a local team. Rockstarr Media has staffed events since 2001, with more than 5,000 events in over 100 cities and hundreds of staff available. Because our rosters are local, flying staff in is uncommon. We can also add photo and video coverage from our media team, and every booking is quoted.

Event staffing in Massachusetts: questions
Which Massachusetts cities do you cover?
We staff Boston and Cambridge, the North and South Shores, Worcester, Springfield and the Pioneer Valley, plus suburbs along Route 128 and I-495. If your event is on Cape Cod or in the Berkshires, send us the location and we will confirm local availability.
Can you staff trade shows at Boston's Menino Convention Center and the Hynes?
Yes. We provide booth staff, product demonstrators, registration hosts and lead-capture teams for shows at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center and the Hynes in Back Bay. Send your booth size, show hours and goals and we will recommend headcount and quote.
What are the peak event weeks in Boston?
Marathon week in April is the busiest, with hotels and staff in high demand across the city. Mid-October brings the Head of the Charles Regatta (October 16–18 in 2026), and spring and fall are strong convention seasons. Book early for any of those dates.
Do you staff events in western Massachusetts?
Yes. Our Pioneer Valley staff cover Springfield, West Springfield and Northampton, including fair-season promotions around The Big E and events at local venues. Local staff there save you the drive out the Mass Pike from Boston and know the area's venues and parking.
Are your Massachusetts event staff certified to serve alcohol?
Yes. Rockstarr Media holds alcohol licensing in every state we work, including Massachusetts, and our models are certified and trained to serve alcohol. Staff at alcohol events are 21 or older.
