Event Staffing in LouisianaPromo models, brand ambassadors & trade show staff
Local event staff across Louisiana
Louisiana's event economy is built on festivals and New Orleans' convention trade. The Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is the largest LEED-certified project in the state and houses the Louisiana Civil Rights Museum in its lobby, while the Caesars Superdome hosts the Saints and the Bayou Classic each November. Spring is crowded: French Quarter Festival runs April 8–11 in 2027, the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival follows at the Fair Grounds, and Lafayette's free Festival International de Louisiane draws more than 300,000 visitors. In Baton Rouge, Raising Cane's River Center offers over 200,000 square feet for conventions and trade shows.
Our Louisiana staff live in New Orleans, Metairie, Baton Rouge and Lafayette, so festival crowds and parade-route traffic are nothing new to them. Rockstarr Media has staffed more than 5,000 events since 2001 across over 100 US cities, and we hire locally in each market, so flying anyone in is rare. Our media team can add photo and video coverage to any booking.

Event staffing in Louisiana: questions
Which Louisiana cities do you cover?
We staff events in New Orleans, Metairie, Kenner, Baton Rouge, Lafayette and the towns around them. For events in Shreveport, Lake Charles or elsewhere in the state, we build a team from the nearest local roster and confirm coverage in your quote.
Can you staff events during Carnival season in New Orleans?
Yes, but plan early. Carnival brings parades, closed streets and full hotels across New Orleans, so we schedule arrival routes and call times around parade routes and confirm any venue or organizer rules for your activation well before the week.
When is peak event season in Louisiana?
Late winter and spring. Carnival season, French Quarter Festival, Jazz Fest and Festival International de Louisiane pack the calendar from February into May. Fall brings football at the Superdome and in Baton Rouge, plus the Bayou Classic in late November.
Can you provide booth staff at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center?
Yes. We supply booth models, product demonstrators, registration hosts and lead-capture staff for exhibitors at the convention center and the hotels around it. Staff are local and briefed on your product before the show opens.
Are your Louisiana event staff certified to serve alcohol?
Yes. Rockstarr Media holds alcohol licensing in every state we work, including Louisiana, and our models are certified and trained to serve alcohol. Staff at alcohol events are 21 or older.
