Think You're Not Good Enough to Sing? Read This Before You Quit

You sing in the car. In the shower. In your room with the door shut and the music up loud so nobody hears.

And every time you think about singing for real, a little voice says, "You're not good enough."

Here's the truth: almost every singer you love heard that same voice. The ones you know are the ones who sent the song anyway.

6 signs you can really sing

• People go quiet when you sing, even for a second
• Friends ask you to sing at parties, in the car or on their birthday
• You can hear when you're off, and you fix it
• Singing makes you feel more like yourself than anything else
• You can't stop, even when nobody's listening
• You've wondered about it enough to search it. That counts too.

What a record label really listens for

Not perfect. Real. A voice that sounds like you and nobody else. Feeling that comes through a cheap phone speaker. Training can fix a lot. It can't make someone special. You either have that or you don't, and you can't judge it yourself from inside your bedroom.

Who we're signing right now

• Female singers, with a guitar or without one
• Solo acoustic guitarists who sing, men and women
• 18 or older, anywhere in the U.S.

The scariest step is the easiest one

• Step 1: Sing one song into your phone. One take. No filters.
• Step 2: Send it free on our demo page. You can do it from your bed.
• Step 3: Our team listens to every demo. Not everyone is signed, but everyone gets a real listen.

The only way to find out if you're good enough is to let someone who signs artists hear you. That's us. Hit record.
