Why Reno

We are looking for you

Bart Starr's Rockstarr Media is looking for girls in Reno who have never modeled before. No agency, no portfolio and no professional photos needed.

Maybe you serve in Midtown on South Virginia Street, work the Riverwalk District downtown, the front desk or event floor of a resort hotel, or sell at Meadowood Mall. You already spend every day talking to strangers, staying calm when it gets busy and looking put together on your feet. That is exactly what casting looks for.

College girls are welcome too, from University of Nevada, Reno, Truckee Meadows Community College, Western Nevada College (Carson City), University of Nevada, Reno at Lake Tahoe (Incline Village) or Lake Tahoe Community College (South Lake Tahoe, CA). We especially want to hear from girls who cheered or danced in high school or college. Performing for a crowd, holding a smile through a long routine and taking coaching are exactly what casting looks for.

It is not only modeling. When you apply you can choose Model, Actress, Festival Reporter or Backstage VIP Correspondent, and girls 21 and older can audition to host our travel series JET SETTERS.

Reno's calendar: the Reno-Tahoe Odyssey relay on June 4 and 5, 2027, Nevada's football home game against Idaho State at Mackay Stadium on September 4, 2027, and the Great Reno Balloon Race at Rancho San Rafael Regional Park from September 9 to 12, 2027.

Every application is reviewed by our casting team. Not everyone is selected. We set Reno casting dates based on who signs up, so the sooner you apply, the sooner you are in front of us. It takes about three minutes on your phone.

Close to Reno? We want to hear from you too: Sparks, Spanish Springs, Sun Valley, Verdi, Cold Springs, Lemmon Valley, Washoe Valley, Carson City, Dayton, Virginia City, Fernley, Minden, Gardnerville, Incline Village.

There's more out there

Reno is a big stage. The world is bigger.

You know every corner of Reno. If you have ever wondered what it would be like to fly somewhere new for a booking, see the world and come home with a story, apply. Bookings and travel are a chance, never a promise, but you can't get picked if you never apply.

Who we want to hear from

Already working a shift?

Girls 18 and older in Reno, Nevada who have never modeled before are exactly who this is for. We especially want to hear from servers, waitresses, bartenders, hostesses, baristas and retail workers: you already know how to talk to strangers, stay calm under pressure and look put together for a long day on your feet. Those are the things casting looks for, and most people who walk into a casting have never done any of them.
