If you're reading this, you've been pointed here on purpose. The Rockstarr Media development board does not run a public roster, a casting board, or a model directory. We scout in person — fashion week, the festival circuit, select press dinners — and the people we flag get reviewed by the board the following week.
The closed door of the agency.
Most of the women currently on the development board came in through a Spotted callout. The program is not a contest, not a public vote, not a social campaign. It is the way the board grows.
Standard intake is short. Three polaroids. A ninety-second voicenote. Both submitted privately through the inquiry link. There is no audition, no callback grind, no cattle call. There are no agency fees of any kind, and no obligation to sign on either side.
The board reviews on a fourteen-day window. Selected candidates are contacted directly. Candidates who don't move forward receive a written read from the board — not a form letter. That courtesy is part of why the program runs the way it runs.
We don't teach this part.
Presence
The thing the camera reads before anyone has had a chance to compose for it. Not a look. A signal.
Intelligence
Visible, not described. The board can tell inside thirty seconds whether the person in front of them is paying attention.
Specificity
The opposite of generic. We are not building a roster of types. Every face on the board is the only one of its kind.
