Dreamstate SoCal returns to the water. Insomniac's flagship trance festival comes back to the Queen Mary Waterfront in Long Beach on Friday 20 and Saturday 21 November for its eleventh edition, with more than 70 artists across four stages. The set everyone will talk about. Above & Beyond play an Anjunabeats Classics set — the trio digging back through the label catalogue that defined a generation of trance. For a Dreamstate crowd, that is the headline before anyone else is named. The debuts. Three Dreamstate firsts signal where the festival is stretching: Ukrainian melodic techno duo ARTBAT, Italian techno producer Enrico Sangiuliano and Belgian producer Pegassi. Dreamstate has been widening its definition of trance for several editions, and ARTBAT and Sangiuliano are its clearest move yet toward the melodic techno audience. The trance core. The rest of the bill is a roll call of the genre: Ferry Corsten + Marsh, Aly & Fila + Billy Gillies, Dash Berlin, Andrew Rayel presents Extasia, Andy Moor, Alpha 9 + Ilan Bluestone, BT + Matt Fax, Bryan Kearney + John O'Callaghan presenting Key 4050, Darren Porter + Sean Tyas, John 00 Fleming and Eddie Halliwell + Judge Jules. Aaron Hibell plays live. Psytrance gets its due. Infected Mushroom, Astrix, Vini Vici and Ace Ventura carry the psy side, and classics sets from the likes of 4 Strings keep one foot firmly in the past. A new stage. The Long Beach Amphitheater joins the site as a new stage for 2026, and Beatbox's art car brings a stage of local trance artists — a nod to the Southern California scene that built this festival's audience. Tickets. Two-day GA and 21+ VIP tickets are available through socal.dreamstateusa.com. Rockstarr Media will publish set times and the stage-by-stage breakdown as soon as Insomniac releases them.
