The Okeechobee Boulevard corridor
The convention center at 650 Okeechobee Boulevard, the Kravis Center at 701 and the Hilton at CityPlace sit close together, so a convention day and a Kravis performance night can share traffic and garages. We set staff arrival windows accordingly, and staff coming from Broward or Miami-Dade can use the express train serving West Palm.
Boat show week on Flagler Drive
The Palm Beach International Boat Show runs March 17–21, 2027 along Flagler Drive, across from Palm Beach Island, with exhibits on the docks and waterfront. Staff working yachts and dock booths need deck-friendly footwear and sun protection, and normal downtown waterfront parking is limited during the show.
Fairgrounds are a separate trip
The South Florida Fairgrounds sit at 9067 Southern Boulevard, well west of downtown, with the Shiner Law Group Expo Center (Expo East, Expo West and the Concourse buildings), the AGZone and Yesteryear Village. Expos and the January fair need their own travel plan, so name the building and lot in every staff brief.
