Session season fills downtown
The 2027 Regular Session of the Florida Legislature convenes on Tuesday, March 2. Associations, advocacy groups and companies host receptions and fly-in days near the Capitol, and downtown hotels and meeting rooms book quickly. For those events we send polished hosts and greeters comfortable with business dress and name-badge registration.
Game days change the whole city
Fall Saturdays at Doak Campbell Stadium reshape traffic across Tallahassee, and the Tucker Civic Center, owned by FSU, also handles football parking. If your activation is anywhere near campus or downtown on a home game day, allow extra travel time for staff and product, or schedule around kickoff.
Springtime Tallahassee weekend
Springtime Tallahassee runs April 2–3, 2027, with a Friday music festival at Kleman Plaza and the Grand Parade and Jubilee on Saturday. The festival has been held since 1967 and draws families from across the region, which makes it a natural fit for sampling and street teams downtown.
Winter Festival timing
The 40th Winter Festival is Saturday, December 5, 2026, from 3 to 10 p.m. downtown, with a 6 p.m. lighting ceremony at Bloxham Park, the Jingle Bell Run at 6:15 and a nighttime parade at 7:10. Plan staff positions around those set times, since crowds shift quickly between stages and the parade route.
