Allow for bridges and tunnels

Picklesburgh is growing
Picklesburgh, produced by the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, expanded into Market Square and Arts Landing in 2026, with four days of food-festival crowds downtown. With more ground to cover, mobile sampling teams that move through the crowd make sense alongside a fixed booth.
The convention center has outdoor space
The David L. Lawrence Convention Center has rooftop terraces and a riverfront plaza along with its halls. These outdoor spaces work for receptions and sponsor lounges in warm months, so ask the venue about them and plan staff for both the indoor and outdoor parts of your event.
Game days fill the North Shore
Steelers games at Acrisure Stadium and Pirates games at PNC Park bring crowds over the bridges and along the riverfront walk. Activations need to be in place before gates open, and the pregame hours on the North Shore are when brands get the most attention.
