Air show week on the island
The Pensacola Beach Blue Angels Air Show is set for Saturday, July 17, 2027, with show-week activity starting midweek and the best viewing around Casino Beach. Public viewing is free, so crowds are large and bridge traffic onto the island is slow. We set early call times and send staff with everything they need for the day.
Mardi Gras closes downtown streets
Pensacola Mardi Gras runs for several weeks up to Fat Tuesday, which falls on February 16, 2027, with the Grand Parade traditionally on the Saturday before. Parade nights are strong for street teams and sampling, but plan staff check-in and product storage off the route, since barricades go up hours ahead.
Bay Center convention weekends
Pensacon returns February 19–21, 2027, and the Pensacola Bay Center also hosts the Ice Flyers from October 2026 through early April. Convention weekends fill downtown hotels and parking, so multi-day booth programs work best with staggered shifts and staff who can walk in from nearby neighborhoods.
Bayfront festival seasons
Fiesta Pensacola's Crawfish Festival in late April and Seafood Festival in late September are outdoor, multi-day events. Both suit sampling and giveaway programs, but Gulf Coast heat and humidity mean booths need tents, coolers and staff rotation. We plan breaks into every outdoor schedule.
