Stadium construction changes game-day plans
EverBank Stadium is operating at limited capacity during its Stadium of the Future work, with the upper decks, north end zone deck and Sky Patio closed, and Daily's Place next door is temporarily dark. Entry points and staging areas have shifted, so confirm credentials, load-in routes and staff entrances with the venue before you set call times.
Ford on Bay is downtown's open-air stage
Ford on Bay hosts the free Jacksonville Jazz Festival over Memorial Day weekend and serves as the start area for the Gate River Run, billed as the largest 15K in the country, each March. Free, open crowds suit sampling and roaming ambassadors; plan for full outdoor shifts, shade and one clear riverfront meeting point.
THE PLAYERS is a Beaches-side week
THE PLAYERS Championship runs March 9–14, 2027 at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach. Sponsor hospitality, retail and fan activations that week sit far from downtown, so ask for staff who live in Ponte Vedra or the Beaches rather than across the river, and allow for heavy tournament traffic on arrival.
