Light rail changes downtown
According to the Colorado Convention Center, RTD's D, H and L light rail lines are suspended from June 7, 2026 through the first quarter of 2027 for the Downtown Rail Reconstruction Project. The C Line between Union Station and Mineral Station and a temporary T Line run instead. We build staff arrival plans around the current service, not the usual map.
Altitude and sun
At a mile above sea level, outdoor activations at Red Rocks, Civic Center Park or a ballpark plaza need more water, more shade and more sunscreen than many visiting teams expect. We schedule breaks for outdoor shifts, and our local staff already know how quickly an afternoon on the Front Range can warm up, cool down or turn stormy.
Sampling at the convention center
Sodexo Live is the exclusive caterer at the Colorado Convention Center and publishes a separate exhibitor booth services menu. If your booth plans food or drink sampling, start that conversation with the caterer and your show organizer early. Our staff can then focus on serving, talking with visitors and capturing leads once it is approved.
Size up the building
With 584,000 square feet of exhibit space, 63 meeting rooms and three ballrooms, including the 80,000-square-foot Bluebird Ballroom, the Colorado Convention Center is a big building to cross.
