A convention center under construction
Buildings D, E and F at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center are being demolished for the new facility due in 2030, while other halls keep hosting events. Expect changed entrances, loading routes and walking paths during the project. We confirm your hall, dock and staff entrance with show management before the first call time and send staff a map.
Market week at Dallas Market Center
Dallas Market Center is trade-only, and attendees must show business credentials. The Total Home & Gift Market and Lightovation run in January and June, with apparel, men's and children's markets through the year. Showroom hosts here need to look the part, learn a line sheet quickly and stay sharp through long showroom days.
Distances across the Metroplex
Arlington sits between Dallas and Fort Worth, minutes from DFW Airport, but a downtown Dallas hotel to an Arlington stadium lot can still mean a long drive on game days. We assign staff who live closest to your venue and build travel time around kickoffs, concerts and rush hour. DART and the Trinity Railway Express help for some downtown sites.
Heat, fair season and audience
North Texas summers are hot, and the State Fair runs from late September into October, when afternoons are often still warm. Outdoor work at Fair Park, Arlington tailgates or Deep Ellum street teams needs shade, water and rotations.
