Visit Baltimore puts BWI Airport about 15 minutes from the downtown convention campus, and Amtrak serves Penn Station, so attendees arrive easily from Washington, Philadelphia and New York. Game days reshape downtown
Oriole Park at Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium share the Camden Yards Sports Complex, a short walk from the convention center. When the Orioles or Ravens are home, parking and foot traffic downtown change sharply. We check the sports schedule against your dates and set call times and meeting points to match.
Preakness moves to a Sunday
After a 2026 running at Laurel Park, the 152nd Preakness Stakes returns to Pimlico Race Course on Sunday, May 23, 2027, with the Black-Eyed Susan on Saturday, May 22. That breaks from the traditional Saturday race, so double-check hospitality, sponsor and staffing plans against the new weekend layout.
