The Georgia World Congress Center sits beside Mercedes-Benz Stadium, home of the Falcons and Atlanta United, with State Farm Arena and Centennial Olympic Park close by. Downtown's stacked calendar
The Georgia World Congress Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena sit within walking distance of one another. When a convention overlaps a Falcons game or a big concert, downtown traffic, parking and hotel lobbies fill fast. We check the stadium and arena calendars against your show dates and move staff call times earlier when they collide.
Market weeks at AmericasMart
AmericasMart Atlanta hosts 16 markets a year, with Atlanta Market in January and July as the largest, plus apparel markets in other months. These are wholesale buyer events, so showroom hosts need to be polished, quick to learn a product line and comfortable on their feet through long market days. We train staff on your line before day one.
MARTA hours versus call times
MARTA rail runs four lines, from 4:45 a.m. to 1 a.m. on weekdays and 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. on weekends. That covers most downtown and Midtown shifts, but early weekend load-ins and late teardowns can fall outside service hours. For those shifts, and for suburban venues, we plan staff parking or rides in advance.
Venues outside the core
The Georgia International Convention Center is about two minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The former Cobb Galleria Centre reopened in January 2026 as Cobb Convention Center Atlanta after renovations, and the Gas South District anchors Duluth in Gwinnett County. Each draws a different audience, and we staff each with people who live nearby.
